At Ash & Elder Apothecary, every order is carefully prepared and packed by hand in our small apothecary in the Swedish countryside.

We ship with care, intention, and attention to detail — ensuring your products arrive safely and in good condition.

We currently ship within the European Union, as well as to Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 working days.

We prepare and ship orders twice per week.

During busy periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Within Sweden

All domestic orders within Sweden are shipped with PostNord.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is typically 3–5 working days.


Shipping Within Europe

Orders within Europe are shipped with DHL or equivalent trusted carriers.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is typically 1–3 weeks, depending on destination country and local postal services.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, local delays, or seasonal demand.


United Kingdom, Norway & Switzerland

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs processing and import duties, depending on local regulations.

Any applicable customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.


Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us at info@ash-elder.com.

We will always do our best to investigate the situation with the carrier and support you in finding a suitable solution.

While we cannot take responsibility for delays caused by postal services or customs, we will always treat your order with care and attention until it safely reaches you.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We cannot take responsibility for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist before the order is dispatched.
