What makes your products natural?
We use whole, minimally- and traditionally processed ingredients like plant butters, infused oils, essential oils and herbs. Our tallow is pure tallow from local Swedish grass-fed mountain cows. Each ingredient is responsibly sourced. Either handpicked or grown by ourselves, or bought from ethical (local) suppliers. We strongly believe nature has a solution for everything, so there are no synthetic additives found in any of our products.
Are the products vegan?
The Nettle Balm, Herbal Healing Butter and Anti-Mosquito Oil are all 100% vegan.
Our tallow-based products are not vegan. Tallow is a traditional ingredient, carefully sourced and purified, that has been used in skincare for centuries due to its remarkable compatibility with the skin. It comes from the fat around the kidneys of the grass-fed mountain cows that graze amongst the fields of Värmland, Sweden.
Are the products safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
Yes, all of our products are safe to use during pregnancy. In fact, the first Herbal Healing Butter was originally formulated to support stretching belly skin. Something it is still widely loved for.
During breastfeeding (and in the newborn phase in general), we recommend avoiding fragranced products on areas where your baby comes into close contact with your skin. Whether that’s natural scents (like in our products, or synthetic scents). Scent plays an important role in bonding, and babies rely heavily on the natural smell of their parent.
If you choose to use our products during this time, we suggest applying them to areas like the body rather than the chest, and always using them with a gentle, mindful approach.
Shipping & Delivery
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey.
When will my order be delivered?
Orders shipped within Sweden are handled by PostNord, and can usually be expected at home in 3-5 working days. Orders elsewhere in Europe are shipped with DHL and can take between 1-3 weeks to arrive. Note: this is the shipping time after the order is sent from our Apothecary.
Can I return my product?
Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of receipt to qualify for a refund. The product must be returned at your own expense. Please include a note with the reason for your return and email us your tracking number so we can follow the shipment.
Once your return arrives at our apothecary, please allow a few days for your refund to be processed.

We are unable to accept returns on opened or used products. That said, your experience matters deeply to us. Every skin is unique. If something doesn’t feel right, arrives damaged, or isn’t working for you, please reach out. We’re always happy to think along with you and find a thoughtful solution.
