Lieke Sarah
My name is Lieke, a Dutch-born living amidst the Swedish forests. As long as I can remember, I have been fascinated by plants. While others looked to the sky, I looked to the ground: mapping what grows where, wondering why it grows there, and what it might be used for.
In my twenties, that curiosity turned into study. I immersed myself in phytotherapy and herbalism, learning about the active compounds in plants, how they work in the body, and how to extract them. But I also discovered that plants speak in ways that go beyond science. Sometimes a plant simply catches your attention. Often, that says something about what you need in that moment.
